The terms for using this site.
Effective 23 October 2026. Plain terms for using signalindex.site and contacting Signal Index.
These terms govern your use of signalindex.site (the “site”), operated by Signal Index (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The site describes our editorial and research services for B2B companies. It is provided for general information and is not an offer or a commitment to provide services. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign.
When you contact us through the site or by email:
- your message does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality unless we have agreed that in writing, so please do not send trade secrets or sensitive personal information;
- you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it;
- you agree that we may reply by email or phone using the details you provide;
- we are under no obligation to reply to every message or to accept any engagement.
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights;
- submit spam, malicious code, or false or misleading information, or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or data, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape or copy the site by automated means at a rate or volume that burdens it, other than ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant crawling permitted by our robots.txt.
The site’s text, design, graphics, name and logo belong to Signal Index or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce, adapt or use the content commercially without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The site may link to or rely on services run by others, such as fonts or location look-ups. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Content on the site reflects our editorial approach and opinions. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signal Index is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
